Care Level Options
Standard Care Level covers your business lines from Monday to Friday 8.00 to 18.00. If you require support out of these hours please contact us to upgrade your care level (*charges apply).
Your options include:
Care Level 2
Resolution by 23.59 next day e.g. report Monday, clear Tuesday. Covers your lines from Monday to Saturday and excludes Public and Bank Holidays.
Care Level 3
Report at 13.00, resolution by 23.59 same day or if reported after 13.00 resolution by 12.59 next day. Covers your lines 7 days a week and includes Public and Bank Holidays.
Care Level 4
Resolution within 6 hours. Covers your lines 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and includes Public and Bank Holidays.
